Friday Fan Fun

Hallmark has cards with these two cute little characters named Hoops and Yoyo. They're extremely popular, and you can even buy little plush versions. I'll admit, the goofy part of me gets a chuckle out of them and I happily own the plush versions too, a gift from a friend over at DIA.

Hoops and Yoyo fans have taken to sending pictures of their little Hoops and Yoyo toys on vacations, at home or doing all kinds of things to the Hallmark website and they encourage people to do so for "fan fun".

I couldn't resist.
It followed me home, can I keep it?

  1. Yes, you may keep it, but you have to feed and shoot it everyday. Matt

  6. If that doesn't get you on a list somewhere, someone's sleeping on the job.

  7. Joanna - I sent my Dad a photo of the purchase taken on the bathroom counter. Does he say anything about the big black gun? No, I get back. "Whose toothbrush is that??"

I blow up the picture, there's two toothbrushes in the photo, mine and my travel, one. Trust Dad to notice something like that.

  8. Brigid -
He's still looking out for his little girl.

Can't say as I blame him one bit.

  11. Loved the pic, and even more so the question from your Dad. He's obviously a true, blue Dad!

(although I hope he's more red than blue, if you know what I mean)

  13. Cute!

But I'm with Joanna, Hallmark might have an unfavorable reaction if you submitted that. :-)

  15. I'm thinking a durocoat job on an AR in certain green and pink colors.

    A la 'Hello Kitty'.

    THEN submit it.

  16. Aww,how sweet. Had the same problem with an AK a month back.

Glad my wife is understanding about such things.

And to the toothbrush thing, better your dad bugging about your love life, than your mother inquiring about grand children. Cause that is always a great topic of conversation to have.
